With over 30 years experience in the property industry, Ian started his career initially building a large residential investment portfolio in the East End of London and then expanding to North West London and other UK cities. Ian has secured the funding for a number of land acquisitions and has overseen a number of refinancing and funding models at large sites around the UK, such as Heyford Park, through his company Dorchester Regeneration, which has delivered and continues to deliver several thousand homes.

Ian originally started his career being involved in his family hotel business and managing its real estate assets. Away from property, Ian is a passionate musician and opera singer. He is a tenor and has studied at the Guildhall School of Music, the Oran Brown voice seminary at the Julliard School in New York and the Voci Verdiani Milan under Carlo Bergonzi.

Sam is an accomplished property development leader with an extensive record of delivering high-end, luxury living spaces. Avi is a seasoned professional with over 16 years of business experience across a range of industries, predominantly in technology, and a genuine passion for property development. As an investor with a proven track record in property transactions, Avi is adept at forging strong client relationships and securing the best deals for investors. His diverse background and strategic approach contribute significantly to driving innovative property solutions.

Zachary brings a unique blend of financial insight and property expertise to the team. With a strong background in finance and insolvency, along with a BA Hons in Global Management and Finance from York University, Toronto, and Regent’s University London, he excels in analytical evaluation and market research. His hands-on experience in both commercial and residential sectors, combined with his effective leadership and communication skills, makes him a dynamic asset in navigating complex property challenges.

Lucy-Anne is an accomplished interior designer and photographer whose creative vision blends artistry and functionality in every project. She studied at University of the Arts London and graduated with a degree in Fashion Marketing and Styling, later refining her photography skills under the mentorship of world-renowned photographer Annie Leibovitz in New York City. After completing advanced studies at the KLC School of Design, Lucy-Anne now combines her technical expertise and artistic flair to craft stunning, customized spaces that set new standards in modern design.
